Andy Rice, a life-long resident of Coweta County, attended The University of Georgia and obtained a Real Estate Degree from University of West Georgia. In addition to having his real estate license, he has been an active Certified General Appraiser with over 27 years of experience appraising residential, land, commercial, industrial and special purpose properties. Clients include banks, lenders, individuals, estates, corporations, attorneys, CPAs, government agencies, investors, contractors and developers.

He strives to provide timely and quality service to all of his clients. Andy and his wife, Rachel, are active members of Newnan First United Methodist Church. They have two beautiful daughters.
